It has a talking cactus. With a moustache. With a french accent. No - the moustache. The cactus has a distinctly Scottish accent (I'm not sure why as Scottland is not exactly known for its over-abundance of cacti).
The main character - Hazel - is a young woman with the usual issues: Jobs, Alcohol dependency, talking ovaries, and a really hunky cab-driving boyfriend. It mixes a really off-beat sense of humour with engaging art and characters. I like it. I like it a lot.
I kind of miss the compulsive liar, though. He was fun. Especially when dressed up as a pirate.
